extreme lateralthinking

first post - maybe I'll just share something that tickled me when I saw it the other day...

my local petrol station has an atm, and it's on my walk home from work. One evening a few weeks ago I was short of cash and queued up to use the ATM. A guy pulled up in his car, parked next to the air machine and proceeded to check his tyre pressures. All very normal, but I'm still watching him because the queue isn't moving and nothing else is going on. Finishing off, a eureka moment hits him. He goes to the passenger seat footwell and pulls out a bottle of 7UP. Presumably it was flat, because he proceeded to try and aerate it with the air machine...! ok, so he spilt a bit but was looked pleased with his handiwork. By now the queue had disappeared.. I turned away but as I did so he lifted the bottle to his lips and drank .... and brought it all back up straight away :)

ingenuity is not always the right way - sometimes you gotta just buy more lemonade
